When the Barefoot Garden Guy came by this morning with a bundle of fresh picked romaine lettuces, I knew exactly what I was having for dinner! I made a some croutons and Caesar dressing, complete with egg yolk, dijon mustard, and plenty of anchovies. I grated yummy Parmesan cheese on top--and there you go--Caesar salad deluxe.
